Review: The Cad and the Co-Ed

The Cad and the Co-Ed The Cad and the Co-Ed by L.H. Cosway
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

cI was really looking forward to reading this book, and I wasn’t disappointed, Eilish is a young impressible 19yr old Co-ed who meets her teenage crush at a wedding reception. The Cad in this story is Bryan who was an alcohol dependant Rugby Player who was so drunk he can’t remember sleeping her.
They don’t meet again for 5 years, and although Bryan really smitten when he meets Eilish at a party after she has come back to Dublin after finishing her education in America.
This was a refreshing change from the normal “I’ve had your baby and my son is 10” instantly they in bed and in love.
This was a romantic comedy with some heartfelt emotions thrown in. Bryan is now a sober mature individual who drinks mint tea. So with a catalogue awful parents and well-meaning friends we have plenty entertainment to enjoy. So if you enjoy a good story with HEA then this the book for you. I haven’t read any of the others in the series, and they can be read as standalones, but after this one I will be reading them now.
I received a copy of this in exchange for an honest review.
