Review: Rusty Nail

Rusty Nail Rusty Nail by Nazarea Andrews
My rating: 0 of 5 stars

Reviewed on behalf of http://bookaddict.live,
Although this is the second book in this series, Rusty Nail by Nazarea Andrews, is a standalone, there is no need to read Fireball which is the first book in the series.
This was a slow burner of a romance between wealthy playboy Aidric Jones and single mom, Olivia Buckley. These two meet when a fire destroys Aidric home. He hires Olivia’s construction company to fix his house. Aidric has recently become a father to a daughter he never knew he had.
Lucky for Kendra, Theo and his friend Henry take her under their wing after Kendra is bullied at school.
Their kids become friends and in the process so do Olivia and Aidric.
These two couldn’t be more different. They shouldn’t work but the do. The story development was mostly about how these four came together and formed a new family unit. Regardless of his previous playboy ways, he puts Kendra's needs a priority. He falls for Ollie but they take their time as this a new thing for both of them. As neither had dated before, but were delightful together. Well worth a read.
