Review: Aftereffects

Aftereffects Aftereffects by L.J. Greene
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Reviewed on behalf http://bookaddict.live,
This is book three in the Ripple Effect Series, and this time we have Selene’s story. If you have read the first two books in the series you would have already met Selene. If you haven’t this can be read as a standalone. Can you imagine meeting the love of your life by running your car into the rear of his truck? Well that’s what happens when Selene is putting on her mascara and accidently drives into the back of his food truck. Selene is lucky enough to meet Keir who sounded moody but is a real sweetheart, I fell for Keir very early on. When they meet both are going through heartache. This about a couple who struggle when their lives take them to different places. This a beautiful romance and it felt so realistic , but very emotional. This is told in dual narration so we really understand how both Selene and Keir really feel. I really enjoyed this book and I couldn't help cheering Selene and Keir on their happily ever after. This is a beautiful and moving story and I for one am happy to have discovered another author to read.
